Vice President Joe Biden visited a grade school in Muscatine midweek. According to the QC Times, hot on the trail of this electrifying event, at one point, a student asked if he was the president. “. . . I’m number two,” Biden said.
We might have phrased it as “full of it,” but that’s good ol’ Joe relating to his audience.
