A picture says a thousand words, but we just want everyone to understand that our essays take up less band width than these pithy posters. Oh well . . . six “essays” from over the transom. Thanks to SM.

Hey Senator Reid, Searchlight (NV) called. They want their punchdrunk village idiot back.
“Bundy” is what happens when a would be dictator turns the “rule of law” into a grim joke.
Our federal government is suddenly becoming really concerned that rancher Cliven Bundy is defying the rule of law. And,the dangerously delusional Harry Reid is convinced that anyone who doesn’t think the Obama/Reid brand of big government rule is sublime is a “domestic terrorist”.
During a recent forum at the Paris Hotel & Casino, Mr. Reid was asked what should be done about the Bundy supporters “who are willing to shed blood for the cause.”
“I hope that’s not the case,” Mr. Reid said in the Review-Journal. “I repeat, we are a country of laws. … We can’t let this happen.”
Yet, these two wannabe dictators Reid and Obama, have been trampling on the “rule of law” at every opportunity for the past 5 years.
The “rule of law”…the “Constitution”. Recall that Congress refused to pass the “Dream Act”; Obama tearfully told the radical, pro-illegal immigrant amnesty group, La Raza, that he wished he could make it happen all by his “lonesome” (a term he likes to use) but the US Constitution did not allow it…until he decided it did!
The “rule of law”? “Sanctuary Cities” are violations of US immigration law. Yet, the Administration encourages them while they sue states for passing laws which seek to enforce federal law.
The “rule of law”? The Justice Dept under the manifestly corrupt Attorney General, Eric Holder, is perfectly comfortable refusing to prosecute violators of federal voting laws…if they are black (remember the New Black Panthers?).
And how many laws have been broken by the Obama administration? How many laws have the Obamaites refused to defend and uphold?
If you are not aware of the pertinent details of the dispute between the Obama administration and a Nevada rancher, then none of this is of much interest to you. Go on back to your JayZee tunes and enjoy your favorite Jimmy Fallon sketches.
The gist of this current Obama inspired debacle is that the federal government has gotten court decisions declaring that the rancher Bundy owes $1 million to the Federal government in fees unpaid over the last 20 years. So, in the finest traditions of the Obama reign, the Bureau of Land Management has sent in its “military grade” force to confiscate Mr. Bundy’s cattle in payment for his unpaid fees.
Bundy claims the federal government does not own the Nevada grazing land which his family has used since the late 1800’s. He has tried to pay fees to the state of Nevada but the state was unable to accept the payments.
Thus, our federal government , now ruled by a would be (if not defacto) dictator has invoked, with all its righteous posturing, the “rule of law”, sending in 200 heavily armed enforcers of the land management bureaucracy. Some Americans wonder why the administration is not nearly as assertive in upholding so many other laws. We’ve seen the assertion of federal power, for example by the fearless and fearsome Park Service police, now battle hardened by their victorious campaign to beat back World War II vets attempting to “invade” the WW II Memorial during the Sequester Wars. But on the other hand our Border Patrol officers are directed to retreat if pelted by rocks thrown by drug smuggling border crossers.
When patriotic American citizens exercise their Constitutional right to protest the heavy handedness of the federal government, they’re labeled “domestic terrorists” by one of the slimiest politicians this nation has ever had to endure, the former amateur boxer, punchdrunk Harry Reid!
What makes Reid’s “rule of law” invocations so ludicrous is that this administration, laden with corrupt bureaucrats has made the “rule of law” a joke over the 5 years it has been in power.
The radicals at Bunker Hill were up against the majesty of the law, independence had not been declared, they objected to a variety of arguably duly enacted laws and pursuant regulations applied under authority of king and parliament in which there was representation. The British goons had been overreacting all along, throwing their weight around, demonstrating authority. The colonial patriots pretty much said “eff you” and your laws. Things got military.
Remember if you support Bundy Glenn Beck wants you to unfriend him on Facebook and not watch his show.
