Fascinated by such an extraordinary detachment from truth and reality, I had to look this guy up to see if he was actually what he seems to want everyone to know…or is he really one of the “Onion’s” elaborate hoaxes.
No. He’s the real deal, if one can use the word “real” and this guy in the same sentence,
How about this pedigree: Chicago native, Columbia U, degrees in religion and in “politics”, career “highlights: CBS, NPR, BBC Scripps (Wikipedia bio).
