Dear Breathless Veritas Readers:
I was going to give you a first report from Kansas on the Caucus. My wife is back there for a week to do some babysitting with the grandkids (we need the money). I had urged her to be sure and vote in the caucus; I couldn’t, but Ted can use every vote he can get.
She reported from Overland Park that the weather is ideal, and the line at our site stretched well over two blocks outside the building and the wait was over an hour and a half! It has been that way since the voting started at 10 am…this was 1:00 pm.
But, lo and behold, before I sent you an email I checked in w/Drudge and I’ll be darned! He has a huge photo of the lines at a caucus site in Overland Park (not ours). The GOP folks are going wild in KS. I hope they’re just wild about Ted!
