That is a “term of art” used by Word Press platform users as I was just informed by our Web-hoster – GoDaddy. A recent update we did to Word Press wasn’t so beneficial and word is from GoDaddy it caused a lot of problems. Glad they have a name for it because we didn’t know what the heck was going on. Readers and administrators (me) could not get on, seeing only a whitish screen, usually without any indication of continued processing or an error message. We were out of commission for at least 12 hours. It appears to be resolved now as we loaded the update of the update. And we thought Obama had put his NSA henchmen on us.
FYI GoDaddy was very helpful even though it was not their problem. Thanks GoDaddy!
