Using the new metaphors for political feelings as influenced by social media (not actual Twitter addresses) the article immediately below is succor for what drives #TrumpYes!, and #NeverHillary (but also #CruzforRealChange).
We note that elements of the #NeverHillary are aligned with #NeverTrump which could play into the hands of the #HillaryYes! if they don’t play their cards right (and they really don’t have much in the way of cards). The theoretically positive option of those offered by the association is an outright win by a new third-party candidate (chances extremely unlikely, as in nil) and attempting to throw the election into the House of Representatives with a third-party or write-in candidate. That has occurred three times in our nation’s history (sort of) .
Note that you still need a candidate that can come in third with enough electoral votes to deny an electoral majority to the other two, and the presumption that Republicans in the House would come to the desired agreement (likely not). This writer still believes in the necessity of a reckoning for Trump’s corruption of what should be the political ethos, we just don’t think it is Hillary and what she portends.
Following the first article about what keeps #TrumpYes! going is another that highlights what keeps #Never Trump near apoplexy. This writer admits to bulging veins upon reading the article and viewing the YouTube feed.
