Thanks to DP for alerting us to this video. It is via POTUS News which collected three reports into the YouTube video embedded here. The report from CNN (first) and Fox (relying particularly on Judge Napolitano’s analysis) are about yesterday’s release of the State Department Office of Inspector General security review regarding Hillary’s exclusive use of her own private e-mail server for State Department business. The IG report is damning. It is also delightful to hear CNN’s analysts say so. The CNN and first Fox segment runs to the 8 minute mark. Then, an unconnected news story runs but the Clinton matter is picked up again at the 10:45 mark. Together they comprise a good brief on the matter running in total about ten minutes..

Feds suppressing draft criminal indictment against Hillary
Watchdog uncovers existence of document in National Archives
NEW YORK – The Obama administration continues to suppress at least 12 versions of a 451-page draft indictment charging Hillary Clinton with criminal misconduct in the Whitewater case, according to an index in the National Archives obtained in a Freedom of Information Act request by the Washington-based watchdog Judicial Watch.
One of the indictments specifically lists “overt acts” allegedly committed by the former first lady.
It follows Judicial Watch’s release on Jan. 28 of 246 pages of previously undisclosed internal memos from Ken Starr’s Office of Independent Council investigation in 1998. The memos showed prosecutors had evidence that Hillary Clinton and her associate Webb Hubbell at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, were guilty of criminal fraud in the Whitewater affair.
Careful what we wish for . . .
We can assume that Hillary Clinton, whatever comes down from the FBI, will likely not be indicted or convicted by Obama ‘s “Justice” Department (prosecutors will throw the case) or Obama will preemptively pardon her. However, politically it may hurt her (“may” because we are talking about Democrats) going into the primary and, if the issue hangs around afterwords in spite of the liberal press, it will hurt her in the general. But the primary is the rub. As Jordan Candle at Patriot Post remarks today:

Recall that in March 2015, Hillary Clinton claimed, “I fully complied with every rule that I was governed by.” Bottom line: Clinton is a serial liar. Of course she’s guilty — probably of felonies, perjury and obstruction of justice. But be careful what you ask for. As Mark Alexander has written, if Clinton is indicted, the most likely replacement will be Biden-Warren — which he believes will be a far more formidable ticket — and it will not emerge until the Democratic National Convention.
