TOP HILLARY ADVISOR, HUMA ABEDIN, WORKED AT A RADICAL MUSLIM JOURNAL FOR YEARS
Paul Sperry’s report at the New York Post outlines Hillary’s BFF’s curious background (see his column below our comments)
Definitely not a brand new revelation. Michele Bachman and 4 other GOP Congressmen revealed these facts ‘way back’ in 2012 in challenging Huma Abedin’s security clearances and her role as closest advisor to America’s Secretary of State.
Of course, Ms. Bachmann was loudly condemned by certain Republicans, namely John McCain for one:
“To say that the accusations made…are not substantiated by the evidence they offer is to be overly polite and diplomatic about it. It is far better, and more accurate, to talk straight: These allegations about Huma, and the report from which they are drawn, are nothing less than an unwarranted and unfounded attack on an honorable woman, a dedicated American, and a loyal public servant.”
It is useful to consider events which have occurred since then. There was no one more supportive of the Muslim Brotherhood, a truly radical, anti-US organization, coming to power in Egypt, than Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
In the CNN story linked above, efforts to refute and debunk Bachmann’s concerns and challenges, a very one-sided argument is made, unsurprisingly coming from CNN and Anderson Cooper. The real facts are much more persuasive and this column only reports on a part of them.
If anyone wishes to deny that a radical Muslim influence on Hillary and the Obama administration is not strong and pervasive, they do so at great peril to the American people and national security. (One should consider the current Obama refugee policy…tens of thousands brought into this country, essentially unvetted and more than 95% Muslim even though Christians in the terrorist-ridden countries are the most threatened.)
For the “balance” to the CNN analysis, Frank Gaffney’s work ( The Muslim Brotherhood in America) is most informative and factual, which is the very likely reason Gaffney is most vilified by the deniers of the Muslim influence on Obama administration policy. (http://www.centerforsecuritypolicy.org/the-muslim-brotherhood-in-america/)
If an effective way to determine the accuracy of positions held by the Bachmanns and the Gaffneys is to consider the track records of those who hold the competing positions…eg., the “Southern Poverty Law Center”, the far left “Think Progress”, the Hillary supporting “Daily Beast”, and any of George Soros’s many and various radical leftist organizations…knock yourself out.
The following are excerpts from Sperry’s article. The full article is replete with quotes from the journal Huma Abedin was part of. As Sperry points out, the Clinton campaign has had no comment to date.
Hillary Clinton’s top campaign aide, and the woman who might be the future White House chief of staff to the first female US president, for a decade edited a radical Muslim publication that opposed women’s rights and blamed the US for 9/11.
One of Clinton’s biggest accomplishments listed on her campaign Web site is her support for the UN women’s conference in Bejing in 1995, when she famously declared, “Women’s rights are human rights.” Her speech has emerged as a focal point of her campaign, featured prominently in last month’s Morgan Freeman-narrated convention video introducing her as the Democratic nominee.
However, soon after that “historic and transformational” 1995 event, as Clinton recently described it, her top aide Huma Abedin published articles in a Saudi journal taking Clinton’s feminist platform apart, piece by piece. At the time, Abedin was assistant editor of the Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs working under her mother, who remains editor-in-chief. She was also working in the White House as an intern for then-First Lady Clinton
Sperry ends after providing many quotes from the publication and other relevant information:
If fighting for women’s rights is one of Clinton’s greatest achievements, why has she retained as her closest adviser a woman who gave voice to harsh Islamist critiques of her Beijing platform?
