Glenn Beck: Michelle Obama gave ‘most effective political speech’ since Reagan
First lady Michelle Obama’s speech this week slamming Donald Trump’s comments about women was “the most effective political speech since Ronald Reagan,” according to right-wing commentator Glenn Beck.
On his TV program Friday, Beck said his viewers should watch Obama’s speech to see its “devastating effects. And I don’t mean on Donald Trump. I mean on the conservative movement.”
“We had been talking about, ‘there is no war on women.’ You just handed them a war on women,” Beck said.
“And if you listen to her words carefully, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, they are coopting women and it will work.”

“There are people actually believing she is literally the devil. She’s not the devil. we survive,” beck told Time magazine earlier this month.
As to the part in bold and the “we survive” comment . . . well yes we do . . . but the question is: as a freer people or less free, as a republic or not? And if we survive, Glenn, is that not also the case with Trump as President or are you that obtuse in your comparative calculus?
Reviewing the tape we hear Beck speak of the silence in the room. Well that depends on a lot, on the setting, on the degree of sycophancy of the audience, whether there was a lull or maybe the audience was dumbfounded to see Michelle Obama clutch her pearls over dirty talk when (as we will further expose in an upcoming post) she and Barry hobnob with cultural degenerates, whose artistry degeneracy is politically protected, and even honor the purveyors in the White House “the people’s house.”
Beck gives a wholly fraudulent analysis overall. It is a fraud to claim a speech is so great and ignore its total lack of perspective, be silent about its hypocrisy and actually say he thinks she was sincere. R Mall
