. . . AND AN 8 YEAR NIGHTMARE FOR AMERICA OFFICIALLY ENDS
The greatest, free-est nation the world has ever seen will, finally, rid itself of the most divisive, destructive, corrupt gang of America-haters this republic has ever seen.
And that is the distinctive aspect about the Barack Obama years.
He came into office as a smooth-talking itinerant preacher, promising “hope and change”… and the unspoken aim of our nation’s “redemption” for all its sins from its founding to the day of his inauguration, at which time his ‘lovely’ spouse could proclaim that, at last, she was “proud” of her country…for the “first time in her adult life”.
The Obama presidency has delivered none of those wonderful promises of a “post-racial” era, nor a period of great optimism and prosperity for all Americans.
It has, instead, delivered a world far more dangerous than that Barack Obama inherited with his presidency. He leaves office with the largest debt a president has ever racked up, a nation divided as never before, a society which can no longer claim a government of laws. He leaves to his successor a diminished military whose strength was respected by the world and served as the greatest deterrent to global warfare , but now whose civilian leadership believes its mission is “diversity” and insuring that its ranks are filled with appropriate levels of transgenders and various other LGBTQ representations. Obama’s legacy will be primarily remembered as one who regarded “citizenship” as a quaint concept no longer a requirement to fully participate in the order, opportunity and wealth created by previous generations.
God help President Trump and all who may follow him as they try to deal with the awful legacy Barack Obama leaves in his putrid wake.
