Wow! What a surprise!
The “Ninth Circuit of Upheld Democrat Appeals” upholds the unconstitutional ban on a Republican president’s executive order, issued in the interest of national security.
The federal appeals court which has the distinction of being the most overturned court in the nation has made another decision which will be overturned by the Supreme Court. Not even a ‘wise Latina’ will be able to deny the Constitutional validity of President Trump’s temporary targeted ban on travel from seven predominately Muslim countries which had been identified as terrorist strongholds by the…let’s see, what was the name of that last administration?…Oh, yeah, the “Obama regime”.
This latest fiasco was handed down by a 3 judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals…a court which, year in and year out, leads the list of Appeals Courts whose decisions are overturned unanimously . More than two thirds of the courts rulings are usually reversed each year.
Senator Chuck Schumer is no doubt crying tears of joy over this ruling, having just recovered from his sobbing uncontrollable grief over the ordinal action. DLH
