At first this story seems like a blockbuster. Bottom line, however, it’s not all that shocking.
The fact that dubious GOP “conservatives” received campaign donations from some Soros people isn’t all that surprising when one hears the the names of the recipients: McCain,P. Ryan, Lindsey the Great, JEB, Little Marco, Kasich the ‘Humble Monk’.
The amounts to each of these guys is pretty modest and by itself wouldn’t be persuasive in their going all out for the Soros agenda.
Most uninteresting aspect of this revelation is that it is notably unsurprising. Each of these guys are pretty much in sync with a lot of major elements of the Soros agenda with their anti-Trumpism near the top.
I think a lot of us recognize that it’s this very crowd, along with Susan Collins, Jeff Flake, and Murkowski, that comprises the GOP’s “enemy within”. DLH

In the era of good feeling, we passed over these reports that came out soon after Trump won in November. Not that we doubted them but they were “off in the future” and there was plenty else to write about. Reading them now, reflecting on what has come to pass, well, you be the judge as to the accuracy of their predictions, at least as to the left in general.

With the confirmation of Betsy DeVos as Education Secretary, made possible by a historic tie breaking vote by VP Pence, it appears that the teachers’ unions need to dig a little deeper and buy some more GOP senators as they did with Murkowski and the ever popular Susan Collins.
