Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski won’t back ‘repeal-only’ health care bill
. . .Republican Senators Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia, Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska quickly announced they would not back repeal, dooming the fledgling effort.
They said they would not repeal without a replacement. The simple repeal proposal ends Obamacare two years hence thus giving time to devise a replacement. Their vote was to inculcate Obamacare.
Their vote affects the Republican Party, its good will and their status within a majority party. How should the Republican Party respond to them, the Republican Senatorial Committee?
