A modest proposal — eat the dogs and cats

It would be a win – win

An UCLA study, as reported by a geography professor, has found that pet dogs and cats are a major cause of global warming.

Fido And Fluffy Are Ruining The Environment, UCLA Study Says

—————

– “Pet ownership in the United States creates about 64 million tons of carbon dioxide a year…” according to the study.

– “Dogs and cats are responsible for 25 to 30 percent of the impacts of meat production in the United States”, said (Geography Professor) Orkin. Compared to a plant-based diet, meat production “requires more energy, land and water and has greater environmental consequences in terms of erosion, pesticides and waste,” the study also found.

– Furthermore, the professor noted,  feeding pets also leads to about 5.1 million tons of feces every year, roughly equivalent to the total trash production of Massachusetts.

WOW! A major breakthrough in identifying the real culprits that are threatening the destruction of our planet!

BUT WAIT! ANOTHER STUDY JUST ANNOUNCED BY RESEARCHERS AT VERITASPAC HAS UNCOVERED AN EVEN MORE AGGRESSIVE AND DANGEROUS CA– USE OF NOT ONLY GLOBAL WARMING, BUT CLIMATE CHANGE, HAIR LOSS, AND BERI BERI AS WELL.

– According to the latest findings from the Veritaspac report, some comparisons were made between the amount of feces resulting from feeding pets and that from another major source of such waste.

–  The conclusions were that the amount of bovine excrement and noxious gases emitted by liberal college professors present a far more imminent and devastating effect on the environment than virtually all other causes combined.

– The amount of verbal excrement and noxious gases emitted by professors EVERY DAY, as they disseminate frivolous tripe such as the study referred to above on the effect of pets on climate change amounts to nearly 10 times the 5.1 million pounds PER YEAR  pets are reported to produce !!!

-Worse, it starts a chain reaction as their students begin emittingthe same toxic waste

– The study further found that the amount of professor-generated waste was far more harmful to the social, physical, and spiritual environment than any activity by our far more lovable pets.

(And speaking of Massachusetts: sounds like a great disposal site for all of it.)

Interestingly, this latest UCLA study aligns very well with Pope Francis’ statements in the past year or so deploring the amount of money Americans spend on their pets.

We now have, in effect, the world’s populace urged to not have pets and to get rid of air conditioning because both harm the environment and somebody is actually profiting from the existence of both.
