Sounds familiar. Mitt Romney said nothing to “reporters” about the anti-semitic, anti-Border Patrol, anti-America statements by AOC and the “Squad” . . . but found his tongue to critique Trump and his supporters.

Never any push-back on the real enemy by these panderers: Romney remarked that Trump supporters (having some fun we might add) were “offensive” and “bad for our party”; Seems Ernst and Romney are on the same page:
“I found the chanting and the chants to be offensive. Very unfortunate for my party but also for our country,” Romney told reporters on Thursday when asked about the chants referring to Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).” -Breitbart

This Week’s Distortion of the President’s Remarks
The President’s remarks and the media’s distortion of them have only occasioned new and more critical gaze on Omar and it isn’t pretty.
On July 14, the president tweeted the following:
@RealDonaldTrump: So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly…… ….and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how…. ….it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!
“The AP and most major media leaped on this as racist, but as S B Waters, editor of the Rome Sentinel, notes “It is obviously not racist to suggest critics 1) go show how their plan works and 2) Come back and teach us how.
“So happy to repeat the tired canard of racism was the speaker she denounced the president as a racist and lacking in decorum, in clear violation of congressional rules.”
If we seemed to ‘pick on’ the junior Senator from Iowa in the last few days we might suggest that readers check out the latest piece by one of the most respected Conservative writers around today, Clarice Feldmann.
The above excerpt from that piece should be sufficient to prod Senator Ernst (no point in suggesting the same to virulently anti-Trumper, Mitt Romney whose remarks regarding President Trump seem to echo Ernst’s…or vice versa) to, in the future, analyze and consider more thoughtfully her reactions to the liberal media’s grossly biased interpretation of anything Trump says.
