We have suggested that since his incredibly acrimonious confirmation, Justice Kavanaugh has seemed just a tad fearful of flexing his vaunted ‘conservative’ muscularity.
The continuing Democratic “smear” strategy, rather than angering Justice Kavanaugh, in our opinion, will only make him more intimidated. We will, I fear, soon see, Kavanaugh “out-Roberts-ing” Chief Roberts. DLH
