This the story Mediate ran with. It is by their reporter Colby Hall posted yesterday morning. It has yet to be corrected at the time of our posting on an important false identification made in the text. That is one thing, but even more outrageous is that they would give any credence to such a bizarre matter of ethical malpractice by a physician. The journalistic malpractice is just as egregious. Our time-stamp appears in the upper right of the two screen grabs set forth below comprising the Mediate story. Our comments and research follows.
Former White House Physician on Trump’s Health: There’s a ‘Neurological Issue’ Not Being Addressed
There are a lot of sick people in Washington and Chicago …and most of them are Democrats. This former Obama “doctor” seems to need ‘help’ himself. This is “professionalism!!??!! Making such outrageous conclusions so remote from anything to do with the schedule, preferences or the condition of the “patient” should instigate a peer review and admonishment.
But if Dr Scheiner is insistent on diagnosing neurological problems from nothing more than biased reporting and a few media clips he might consider offering his services to Nancy Pelosi and go on from there. How about Adam Schitt? Hillary Clinton? dlh
About the Mediaite reporting:
Their report says: Scheiner has some expertise in White House medical protocol as the Chicago-based medical doctor served as primary physician to President Barack Obama during his two terms.
In fact Dr Scheiner was never a White House physician. He was Obama’s personal physician prior to 2008 while Obama resided in Chicago. He would not know of White House physician protocols in an environment where you are the personal physician to the President and make your schedule around his.
His claim to fame in the presidential sphere is that he did not like Obama’s health care plan – he thought it would have runaway costs and advocated single payer instead (of course that means even more direct government control than Obama proceeded with). Consider these links and excerpts from articles referring to Dr Scheiner. In these he refers to an actual patient of his (Obama) whom he has examined. We also see that Dr Schneider is bit full of himself. Physician heal thyself.
From Human Events, 5/11/2012
President Obama’s former doctor claims that the president lacks passion, feeling and humanity In a new book, Dr. David Scheiner says the president’s perception of himself is little short of Messianic.
In a revealing new book, The Amateur, author Edward Klein interviews President Barack Obama’s physician, Dr. David Scheiner, MD, who blasts the president’s health care plan and says that President Obama has an “academic detachment” that he could never break through.
The doctor fears that if the health care plan is “the failure” he believes it will be, because of runaway costs and other problems, then any health reform will be set back for years to come.
These are only a few of many reveals in Klein’s book, which makes the case that President Obama is not the political machine that people fear, but an amateur with a messianic complex who is completely out of his depth.
In an exclusive preview of The Amateur by Human Events, Obama’s longtime physician reveals the lack of humanity in Obama’s character and carelessness with which he enacted the entirely politicized health insurance reform, The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, often called ObamaCare.
Scheiner said that he believes the president miscalculated politically and that the health reform is ultimately doomed to fail. Worse, Scheiner doubts the character of a man who holds the highest and most influential office in America: “I think there is too much of the University of Chicago in him. By which I mean he’s academic, lacks passion and feeling, and doesn’t have the sense of humanity that I expected.”
The author, Klein, later in the book, compares Obama’s personality to early the 20th Century progressive president, Woodrow Wilson. By quoting the historian Forrest McDonald, who called Wilson’s perception of himself, “little short of Messianic,” Klein says that McDonald’s description of Wilson “fits Obama to a T.”
The Amateur is set to be released Tuesday, May 15. It is published by Regnery Publishing, owned by Eagle Publishing, which also owns Human Events.
In the chapter titled, “Hollow at the Core,” Obama’s former physician, who is a liberal, blasts the president for being uncaring, and perhaps worse, incompetent.
“He has no cost control. There would be no effective cost control,” said Scheiner. “The [Congressional Budget Office] said it’s going to be incredibly expensive… and the thing that I’m incredibly worried about is, if it is a failure that I think it will be, then health reform will be set back a long, long time.”
Scheiner said that the Obama administration neglected the advice of real physicians and instead decided to let political operatives craft Obama’s signature health care law. People like Obama’s former chief of staff Rahm Emanuel’s brother, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, were the kinds of medical people that the White House consulted.
“Ezekiel is a medical oncologist, not a general physician,” said Scheiner.
The point that Scheiner was trying to make is that President Obama lacks the ability to understand the critical role of the doctor to patient interaction just as he fails to connect to people personally.
“My main objection to Barack Obama is that he is a great speaker and a lousy communicator. He isn’t getting his message across to people. He isn’t showing that he really cares. To this day he hasn’t communicated with members of Congress.”
Scheiner and other interviewees in The Amateur believe that President Obama has been a failure as a president, that he has failed to live up to the hype and has left a trail of betrayals in his wake.
Although Obama and Scheiner did not have a close relationship, Scheiner was clearly upset by how he was cut off when Obama became president.
“Obama invited his barber to his inauguration—his barber! But I wasn’t invited. Believe me, that hurt.”
A real White House physician who was physician to both Obama and Trump might have been consulted by Mediate, if they were interested in something other than Trump bashing.
Now Rear Admiral (lower half) Ronny Jackson served as White House physician from July of 2013 through March of 2018. Remember this:
“Dr. Jackson is a phenomenal doctor and a really great guy,” tweeted Dan Pfeiffer, a former senior adviser to Obama. “He and his team took great care of all of us for many years.”
Former officials from President Barack Obama’s administration spoke up to defend White House physician Dr. Ronny Jackson as he took heat over the results of President Donald Trump’s physical Tuesday.
Jackson came under fire for saying that Trump is in “excellent” health while some of the numbers provided by the White House in the summary of Trump’s physical told a different story. Meanwhile, a “girther” conspiracy over the height and weight numbers provided by Jackson about Trump quickly spread online.
But Jackson, who served as the White House physician since 2013, found allies in former Obama officials who called him a “saint” and “a phenomenal doctor.”
“Dr. Jackson is a phenomenal doctor and a really great guy,” tweeted Dan Pfeiffer, a former senior adviser to Obama. “He and his team took great care of all of us for many years.”
Others quickly joined in.

Perhaps Mediate might ask of Dr Schneider to use his diagnostic skills to enlighten us on Hillary Clinton’s inability to negotiate stairs, or Joe Biden’s slurred speech and memory problems; Nancy Pelosi stammering and oblique facial sags or Obama’s inability to put together sentences without a teleprompter.
