Colin Powell was never an erudite political observer. Outside of his military experience and expertise, there is rather strong evidence that Powell is neither all that bright and perceptive, nor a very admirable character when he is no longer a ‘center of attention’.

At some point, oh 12 years ago or longer, Powell became a Democrat for all practical purposes (if he wasn’t always for all practical purposes) so who gives a nickel if he is endorsing Joe Biden against Trump other than in the particular case he unavoidably “shares” the corruption, buffoonery and incompetence of Biden. The media pretends this guy is still a Republican. He preferred the globalist corruption of Hillary to Trump’s blue collar appeal. He shared her indifference to national security regarding e-mails
