Yours truly will not have access to a computer until Monday so no further posts until then unless dlh gets in some comments on events of the day. In the mean time readers are encouraged to hypothesize about what can go wrong with reliance on mail for voting (either universal vote by mail or its first cousin the push for absentee voting).
