We like that there are freedom lovers in Ukraine and admire their courage their desire not to be under the yolk of Russia again. We admire the Polish people’s response to the Russian invasion. Germany has made itself so recklessly soft, so dissipated of energy — the BTU and the moral kind — as to be pathetic. Two Democrat administrations in the US have failed Ukraine but the implications of failure to uphold treaties perhaps that were not realistic in territorial aspects is not an excuse for not helping Ukraine with negotiation through strength. China is our enemy and not to be trusted. Ukraine has corruptive elements and some history that does not generate sympathy but Russia under Putin in alliance with China comprise freedom’s enemy.
