Who are the real race cowards?
Our widely acclaimed, soon to be former, Attorney General, Eric Holder is being dispatched by the “Divider-in-Chief” to spread the word that America must stop its racist policing policies. Meanwhile, Heather MacDonald, writing in National Review puts things in stark perspective. Another story by Valerie Richardson in the Washington Times highlights the double standard in how the media reports incidents like the Brown case.
I believe the charge is fair that our Attorney General, who famously called the American people “cowards” for not discussing race issues honestly, is actually the second most powerful and prominent racist in America and, is himself, the true “coward”.
I think it is unnecessary to name whom I would cite is the number one most powerful and prominent racist in America.
I’ve nominated these two as THE true cowards concerning the issues of race in America because they are terrified of losing a large share of their captive black voters if they address the real issues honestly. Instead, these guys actively, aggressively, and blatantly press false narratives which promote the hate and suspicion and victimhood which keeps their black “constituency” under their control and to more than a minor extent, provoke the kind of violence recently seen in Ferguson, MO.
Why, if their intention were to ease racial strife in this country, would they send that industrial strength race-baiter, Al Sharpton, out to spread the false word of a “police war” on black youth?
And who will be the next “poster child” to promote the images of young, “innocent”, unarmed blacks gunned down for merely walking down the street or for going out to buy candy at the Stop n’ Go, wearing a hoodie?
Who will be the next “hero” of the “racial justice” movement, joining kind and gentle martyrs, Trayvon and Michael?
Might the next “victim” of America’s racist society be like one of a gang of black “youths” involved in an attack on a white couple like the one which occurred recently in Springfield, MO?
Or maybe it could be a member of a gang of black “youths” like those who viciously attacked a white Kroger store employee in Memphis.
Or maybe a member of a gang of black “youths” like those involved in similar despicable and violent acts in various cities around America in recent weeks and months.
How about an “urban youth” like young Robert Mitchell? Mr. Mitchell is accused of being one of the four “teens” who brutally beat a man to death with hammers last Saturday night in St. Louis, Mo.
The Conservative Tree House probably has the most insightful account of this story and all of its depressing implications. (Read excerpts following this piece.)
The real point to be made relative to this story is to consider the next “victim” America might hear about. Suppose in the near future some other “youths” might be influenced by the St. Louis incident. But, further suppose that in that instance, the “youths” mistakenly choose the wrong target, say an off-duty police officer. And, what if that officer facing the same kind of threat from 3 or 4 “teens” armed with hammers, shoots and kills a lad like Mr. Mitchell?
How will the media handle that story after Mr. Sharpton gets involved? If the dead youth is, say 14, will the reverend charge that the cop used “unnecessary force”? …that the dead “child” and his friends were on their way to a church service where they sing in the choir and were looking forward to one day going to medical school? Will there be marchers demanding “justice” for this “young life wasted” because a police officer was a “trigger happy racist”?
Nah! None of that could happen here!
Why doesn’t Mr. Holder get involved in truthful “discussions” of issues like these and on the matter of out of control black-on-black crime? Why doesn’t he go to Chicago rather than Ferguson where the problems are of far greater dimensions? Is he a “coward”?
