Sobering article from Pajama Media — The PJ Tatler » Could George W. Bush Be the Last Republican President? — lists an array of demographic factors supposedly leaning against Republicans. The comment section is a useful antidote to the despondency one might sink into if one reads only the titled article. Sure the government dependent could double down and vote Democrat but this is not France or Greece . . . yet. Americans have a more recent experience with benefits of freedom. The factors presented are superficial and presented as determinant when they are not. There are many other undercurrents that counteract the factors the article portrays as controlling.
Obama has a record to run on, and it is abysmal. That may well be the overwhelming factor providing the advantage for Republicans. Of course Republican candidates and the Party and other operatives need to find their tongues and say so along with presenting inspirational while realistic programs (real hope and real change). Polls show a competitive race for the Presidency. No-Party people are not happy with Obama. With a good aggressive campaign the electoral college will fall into place. The 2010 elections is the real model. The factors that drove that are still present in each and every state, even more so. Americans are not ready to fall into place for the “DMV” model that Democrats advocate for their lives.
Thanks to “Wild Bill” for the heads-up.
A sobering article indeed. Reading all the points of the piece you might think that the Republican challenger to Big O is losing by 10+ points in the polls. The reality is Romney is actually winning by 1 point in the today’s May 6 Gallup poll.

So what to make of this article? Not a whole heck of a lot, yet. Not during this at election at least. We already know that Hollyweird, the Shame Stream Media, and the Lib controlled education system are working for/with the Democrats. But there are plenty of things written in there that will be factor into the future such as the changing demographics (mainly Hispanic).
So with all this going on now the Obama regime has to be pretty freaked out that Romney is tied in most polls or even ahead in the Gallup poll today. Incumbent Presidents are usually polling much better than this 6 months out. Don’t believe the hype, this will be a very close election with Romney likely the winner.
