That has been the refrain of liberals in response to conservatives saying that Obamacare is a government takeover of healthcare.
Essentially, the story is as we all know it (full article here). If a company self- insures its employees, Kathleen Sebelius will decide for you exactly what that insurance must cover…it doesn’t matter what you, the employer, the bill payer, thinks. HHS Secretary Kathleen and Obama know best. Happily, you do have a choice. You can go out of business if you don’t like it.

The administration opposed the order, arguing, contrary to the U.S. Constitution, that people of faith forfeit their religious liberty once they engage in business.”
The ruling affects only that one company, however the case serves its part in the “judicial controversy” that helps to speed higher courts taking up the issue.
