Post Convention Clint Was Superb

We had our reservations about what Clint Eastwood might say at the Republican National Convention.  While we very pleased that his one man skit was pointed,  and it was humorous, we thought it could have been a little shorter or better rehearsed. But that is niggling criticism by us.

But Eastwood’s comment in a post convention interview we rate as superb.

“President Obama is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people,”     We think it has the legs of any of his best lines from any of his movies.

The full interview is available here and provides some interesting background to his convention appearance.

One Response to Post Convention Clint Was Superb

  1. Romentum says:

Hell yeah Clint rules. The Democrats are just jealous because he is a genuinely nice and funny dude who is concerned about his country. Prety much the opposite of Democrat heros Sean Penn and Alec Baldwin.

It looks like the Politico did an enormous hatchet job on the Romney campaign. They are still concern trolling about the Eastwood deal and apparently have some Romney people on record saying what a blunder it was. Of course it might not be true because there are no sources but still it pisses me off.
