Indeed Pastor Manning! . . .
. . . we gave Obama the Presidency without him ever having to achieve any serious level of credentials, without having to disclose basic background information, without having to answer for his plethora of sinister connections, without scrutinizing any of his promises, without even a tut tut for violating his campaign finance and transparency pledges.
He is the product of a political machine renowned for its corruption and “we” ignored it.
We accepted as Gospel an autobiography, an autobiography!
What voting record was available was extreme or totally in line with creating the problems he complained about, and we were nonplussed. He and his wife are the result of and the epitome of what is wrong with affirmative action, the reverse bias, presumptuousness, the manufactured rage, the sense of entitlement that would blush a country club prima donna.
We gave him all he needed in both houses of congress with bosses there as committed to his programs as he was. We gave him a fawning press, an adoring glitterati, a generally compliant judiciary. He has had a corrupt academia in tune with him and the victims of the educational establishment encumbered by them.
He has the jackals in much of the international community cheering his policies because they serve to bring the US down and make their failures seem less by comparison. Misery loves company and he has provided it in abundance.
He has a bureaucracy committed to him. He has had a sniveling welfare queen corporate culture in the tank with him. He has had unprecedented union agitation on his behalf. Sadly he has had a large desperate section of the country made more desperate for his promises.
In short he has had everything to enhance his programs and inhibit his opposition. To our great historical regret, as Clint Eastwood trenchantly remarked, “President Obama is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people.”
Of late he has had everything but the truth on his side. And we pray the truth will out.
