Immediately after the GOP-led Michigan legislature passed a “Right-to-Work”
bill, the state’s Democratic Senate leader, Gretchen Whitmer, called the bill’s
passage “petty and vindictive politics”.
The next day she demanded that President Obama (he was just reelected, if you
recall) take petty and vindictive action against the entire state…including
cutting off federal funds for important projects.
Where does the Democratic Party find such people to “lead” them? Does this party
have an IQ deficit? Or maybe an arrogance surplus? Or most likely, both? And,
how does one account for the media’s lack of appreciation for Ms. Whitmer’s
moronic irony?
Local “leaders” in this party, like Messrs. Loebsack and Braley must be proud
to be counted among such intellectual icons.
Only if skeptical readers find it hard to believe that there is more than one
Debbie Wasserman Schultz-type in the Democratic Party is the linked story worth

The professional agitator/socialist/hippy drum circle/union thug/Occupy/Democrat bat signal has been spotted over Michigan. It’s only a matter of time before Special “Ed” Schultz and Al “Workin’ Man” Sharpton are reporting live via remote on MSNBC from ground zero. Michael Moore will be by soon to order 500 pizzas for the masses as they are directed towards the state capital building to do their worst. The busses should be inbound shortly……
Perhaps the best response to Ms. Whitmer by the GOP House and Senate majorities in Michigan might paraphrase her Ultimate Leader’s reply to any opposition party proposal or objection: “we won”.
