Yep, there goes that crazy GOP again! How are they ever going to be relevant with voters?
They insist on their quaint little notion that the mission of public schools is to provide education. How do they think children can learn in an environment which doesn’t feed them breakfast, lunch, and an after school snack, insure that nobody is bullied, and everybody’s anger is properly managed, and where girls can safely get an abortion without missing more than a class or two and not have to worry about their parents getting all cranky because their boyfriend didn’t use a condom?
GOP looks to block federal funds to schools offering abortion services

Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-Texas) and dozens of other Republicans proposed legislation on Wednesday that would deny federal funding to public schools that offer students abortion services through third party health providers. ”Our school health centers should be a place of healing and education for students,” Neugebauer said this week. “They shouldn’t be used as a tool to advocate for abortion, and certainly not with federal taxpayer dollars.”
And where did they get the idea that every sex oughtta have its own bathroom?
