Great Plains Dispatches

♦   Paul Mirengoff writing in Powerline — Analyses the personal politics behind Chris Christie’s  control over the now vacant New Jersey U.S. Senate seat —  mildly charitable but ultimately disapproving:

. . .  it’s fair to say that Christie’s decision wasn’t so much about putting the interests of New Jersey voters ahead of the interests of the GOP.  It was more about promoting Christie’s personal interests.

♦    Be careful about any disparaging remarks about former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson. She may be a “T”, as in LGBT and “Richard Windsor” may be the name she plans to go by when she completes her “transition.”  I wonder if Apple’s insurance covers the necessary procedures.

♦   Check out this Nixobama video juxtaposition we came across via Powerline. Have fun passing the link around. It will leave liberals apoplectic.     DLH
