A moving message

Attending Mass this evening, I was deeply moved by the Papal  sermon that was distributed to pastors around America who were asked to read it in their parishes this weekend.

It was an eloquent defense of the unborn as the Pope committed the  Church to take a stand against the activities and practices of Planned Parenthood which came to light this past week. In his typical humble and respectful manner, Pope Francis prayed for the souls of Planned Parenthood staff and supporters while with righteous anger denounced the organization’s aims and morally evil methods. He commended the dedicated and hardworking staff and volunteers of the Right to Life movement. Francis urged all Catholics to demand that the Obama administration and Congress take action to investigate if the Planned Parenthood violated any laws with their disgraceful practices and to stop using public money to advance that organization’s evil goals!

The Pope also gave special recognition and asked the congregations to pray for the the five fallen American military personnel who were gunned down by a follower of an extreme religious movement. Francis called upon all peace loving Muslims to rise in opposition to this evil distortion of their religion.

Pope Francis called the Islamist  movement the greatest threat to world peace and declared that resources which might be used in the fight against climate change should be redirected to fight global terrorism, and….and then I woke up, and realized it was all a dream.   DLH
