Governor Branstad should arm the Iowa Guard recruiters now

At this writing at least seven governors have instructed National Guard recruiters to have access to arms in their state’s recruiting offices.  This appropriate action is in the wake of five military recruiters being murdered last week in Chattanooga by an Islamic terrorist. Jihadist networks in the United States are said to be encouraging frequent individual initiative atrocities as occurred in Chattanooga. We note that many armed forces recruiting stations are jointly housed.  An immediate order from the governor would help to protect the other service members. There is no excuse for further delay.  Thanks to VM contributing to this report.

One Response to Governor Branstad should arm the Iowa Guard recruiters now

  1. Gus says:

The Governor wisely knows how to deal with the issue of terrorism at its root causes: the alarming lack of wind power and ethanol usage, worldwide. If we can stop climate from “changing”, the hearts and minds of our Islamist enemies will be won.
