The Obamanation of the country must be stopped

A maxim from Robert Louis Stevenson serves as part of the lede to another demonstration by Clarice Feldman of her ability to clearly and succinctly define the issues of the day.

“Sooner or later everyone sits down to a banquet of consequences.” This week Europe’s leaders and America’s academics are being served theirs — a banquet set in motion by self-destructive governance and even more stupid supporters of these policies and their architects.

Feldman adds to the case Michael Goodwin* advances: It’s time for Obama to make a choice: Lead us or resign (of course he won’t. In our humble opinion, he is” leading from his behind” this great nation to exactly where he wants it…as a third-rate banana republic style dictatorship, bankrupt and irreparably divided, with no role in global leadership).

Ms, Feldman also addresses the turmoil on our college campuses, by whom its led and how it is funded. It is a column not for the faint-hearted.

America as we know it, the country, the culture, is at stake.  Will the country be led into historic oblivion or out of it? Peaceful but assertive leadership is called for in order to direct us out of it. Adults need to be in charge. The choice for leadership of the country now is between a political party composed of leftist agitators, corrupters, enablers and fellow travelers intent on or content with national oblivion  . . .  and the opposition party in which too many of its leaders are intimidated by the other party, cozy with it, paralyzed by political correctness, faint-hearted, corrupted or blindered.
