This is just a summary recount of some of Obama’s dangerous lame duck actions, with many, many more to come. Andrew Malcolm writing at Investors Business Daily sets forth some chilling stuff and, given the national complacency and the woeful ineffectiveness of GOP leadership, Obama may come very near to destroying the entire social fabric and national security of this country (some of the latter identified in the article).
It seems assured that only his removal from office can even slow this. But of course impeachment is definitely not even considered an option.

It was hard to avoid all the really important media coverage of the Eastern winter storm that had not hit anywhere by Thursday.
So, you may have missed the trivial news about Barack Obama releasing yet more terrorists from the Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility, including one particularly dangerous man.
Seems like the Democrat is doing a lot of that recently.
One disadvantage for fading presidents is their lame-duck status causes people to disregard their initiatives and much of what they say as imminently irrelevant. But one advantage for Obama is that, absent the usual White House fanfare, people pay less attention to a lame-duck’s actions and decisions because, hey, he’ll be gone soon, right?
And what damage could Obama possibly do in the 364 days remaining in his luxurious taxpayer-financed life? In fact, Obama has ominously vowed to “squeeze out every ounce of change I can.”
Obama’s Thursday releases included a man named Tariq Mahmoud Ahmed al-Sawah — a jowly, gentle-looking killer without the unkempt beards terrorists favor.
The 58-year-old is known as an explosives trainer and designer of the shoe-box bomb that somehow did not kill more than 100 people on an airliner over the Atlantic.
Al-Sawah is also a father of the IED, the improvised explosive device . . .

Then, there’s the issue of Syrian refugees. Despite widespread concerns their ranks would contain additional sleeper terrorists like the Boston bombers, Obama announced he will admit at least 10,000 war refugees. This despite his FBI chief’s congressional testimony that such refugees cannot be vetted.
Other than all that, Obama’s recent decisions make real sense.
