Mexican emigration is a tool of corrupt or incompetent Mexican leadership
We always preface a comment like this with the stipulation that we are not “Trumpists”. However, we are of a mind to occasionally credit Mr. Trump with scoring a rhetorical point or two.
This one has to do with his ongoing claim that, if elected, a fence along the Mexican border will be built…and “Mexico will pay for it”.
On the other side of this issue, literally, is the “tough talking’ former Mexican el presidente, Vicente Fox: “We will not pay for any F–king fence!”, he asserts.
Wow! That’s pretty da-n assertive!
May we suggest to Presidente Fox that no fence would even be necessary if he and his predecessors and successors had or would clean up their “f–king” corrupt government whose main industry outside of illegal drug trafficking is the shipping of his country’s poorest and least skilled citizens to the US so that they can send most of their earnings (“remittances”) back to Mexico to keep their families from starving.
And Mr. Fox, when the border between our two countries is sealed and those shipments of hapless pawns your country survives on stops and those remittances begin to shrivel, your country will be starting to pay for that “f–king fence”.
Adios, compadre!
