“Pledge”? what pledge?- Paul Ryan is just the guy. . . to “go to the country with an… agenda that’s appealing to Democrats”

“The future of America is on the line. No one should support Hillary Clinton. Let’s make that clear,” Ryan told CNN. “To be the party and climb the final hill and win, we need a standard-bearer that can unify all conservatives and the wings of the party and then go to the country with an appealing agenda that’s appealing to the Democrats. We have work to do on the front. The nominee has to lead in that effort.”
In fact Speaker Ryan has amply demonstrated his willingness, even eagerness, to craft an agenda very “appealing to Democrats” and especially Barack Obama.
Ryan’s own words colorfully demonstrate the kind of agenda he has pursued that directly led to Donald Trump’s presumptive nomination…the famous Ryan “crap sandwich”.
Given all of the Speaker’s high sounding words espousing ‘true conservatism’, Congressman Ryan “reluctantly submitted to his party’s entreaties to accept leadership of a solidly GOP majority House of Representatives. And the first thing he does?
He happily rams through House approval of funding for the entire Obama agenda for the final year of the would-be dictator’s reign….including solidifying all of the president’s unconstitutional, illegal executive actions, his destructive “climate change” initiatives, his reckless out-of-control spending…everything which Ryan and the GOP establishment campaigned against and promised to stymie.
On top it all, the saintly Mr. Ryan joined in leading support for Obama’s 5500 page “trade pact” which like most of Obama-inspired legislation will have to be passed for the American people to know how badly, once again, the Washington establishment has sold them out.
WHATEVER CONSERVATIVES’ CONCERNS ARE ABOUT DONALD TRUMP, THEY ARE STILL SPECULATIVE.
