Is it really the investigator’s role to determine that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case” and thus, no criminal referral should be made? Despite a mountain of compelling evidence, FBI Director James Comey, unilaterally “rules” that his boss, Loretta Lynch, should not be burdened with having to prosecute this case!
And our judgement is that no honest indifferent investigator would fail to forward such a case.
But that’s how it is in today’s North American banana republic.
