The implications of what Hillary did, use of a private e-mail server in violation of security precautions not only her department required but statutory law, would not be lost on a GS-1 intern in the Forest Service. As she is a lawyer, it is impossible that the implications of using the proper system were lost on her. Of course her and Bill’s wheelings and dealings would be subject to more scrutiny or discovery using the more secure government system. That required no technical expertise to understand. Given the foregoing, and after viewing this side by side testimony, how could anyone, including FBI Director Comey, with a straight face conclude Hillary Clinton was anything other than intentional in her disregard for the law and regulations.
