$160,000 pension for Michelle Obama’s mother a hoax

It is making the rounds so vociferously readers here have probably seen it.  It is probably a hoax.  We say probably because nothing is absolutely off the table with that cast of characters until you see the cancelled checks.  But consider it a hoax.

We would sign-on to drawing and quartering as just punishment for those who make up this stuff, either for fun or profit, or for any cause.  They get their jollies from seeing great propagation of their lies.  It discredits good causes which may be the aim of the perps.  The Obamanation if rife with real corruption.  False stories serve to discredit true stories, as they are used as a counter charge, equivalency, or to inject doubt about the truth in other areas because “people lie about the Obamas all the time.”  More information below.

Free Republic has pulled it as a hoax:  http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3481928/posts?page=10

Unfortunately some demurrals rely on Snopes (we do not rely on Snopes neutrality or objectivity on most things, and never on subjective matters,  but this is as far as we know a true or false item.

Hannity and Ron Paul sites are treating it as a hoax.

This outfit described The Boston Tribune (source of story) as follows:

However, there is no truth to this report as the Boston Tribune is a fake new site. Rather, the site pretends to be the online arm of a legitimate big-city newspaper in order to lure readers with fabricated clickbait stories.

We note that are a lot of “clickbait” stories embedded as paid ads and pop-ups on many conservative sites. They often use sensational pictures to get you to click and subject yourself to more advertising, all the while building data bases.

We don’t know how neutral the fact check sites below are, but if they are independent, consider their summations about the matter.
