If your vote counted, would you have elected a group of elite democrat lawyers and given them an unlimited taxpayer paid budget with the unrestrained aim of overturning a presidential election which put in office the candidate from the opposing party?

Strassel writes about Special Council Mueler investigation of Russian hacking of election:
“…if Mr. Mueller were serious about bringing down a threat to the nation, or even carving himself a place in history, he’d be tackling the second kind of crime, the real kind. These are the crimes that occur constantly and actually harm national security, even if they’re routinely ignored by a self-interested media. We are talking of course about the serial leaking of sensitive information, the daily profession of a new government elite akin to an organized crime network.”

Strassel, has written one of the most important pieces you might read all year.
It is not necessarily disclosure of heretofore unreported information. And it doesn’t bring to light new interpretation of the information already in the public domain.
Ms. Strassel, however, is bringing to the attention of her readers a concise summary of the biggest story of the year…no less than the foundation of a plot to overthrow the legitimately elected government of the United States of America.
Consider these points:
- It is the widely held belief among Democrat voters, devout liberals, the education, entertainment, media establishment, and a collection of “victims”, as identified by the far left leadership of the Democratic party that Donald Trump was elected by ignorant, uneducated, racist, sexist, homophobic ‘haters’!
- Consequently it is perfectly legitimate, moral, and compelling to do anything…absolutely anything…necessary to drive him from office as quickly as possible!
- It is a license for judges to disregard basic Constitutional provisions and ignore the most fundamental values and traditions of the nation in order to carry out that objective.
- But, failing that, it is even perfectly appropriate to violate established law of the land to the extent of even seriously risking the security of the nation and the safety of its citizens.
In our opinion, Robert Mueller is the figure whom history will judge as either a national hero who brought the fantasy of ‘benevolent’ totalitarianism to America, or as the mendacious, utterly partisan hack he is quickly presenting himself as.
