Ok Ok Ok this explains the “titanic stupidity” of ‘Net Neutrality’

Joe Peschi explains it?  No but he is excited that he has come up with a breakthrough expression of a concept, oh, and it could serve to intro a GEICO ad as well.

Here is a really good exposition on “Net Neutrality.”  If this does not bring it home for you as to the principled opposition then maybe we will give up until next time. Opponents should call it Government Dictated Internet.  There is more comparative clarity in that term.

Net Neutrality Proven Titanically Stupid By Net Neutrality’s Proponents

Excerpt from Seton Motely’s excellent article at Townhall , but read the whole thing because it really brings it home in a bit of wise-guy accountant style:

Net Neutrality is the titanically stupid insistence that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) treat each and every thing on the Internet exactly the same.

For instance, emails from Nigerian princes – deserve equal access to you as does a doctor performing your remote, online Lasik eye surgery. If that causes your surgeon’s connection to buffer and stall – well that’s just too bad. You didn’t want to read those Nigerian prince emails anyway.

We less government types find Net Neutrality and Title II to be titanically stupid for at least two reasons. It is antithetical to the Constitution and to even a rudimentary understanding of economics.  . . .

The only thing more short-sighted than advocating for net neutrality is wanting to invoke Article V. “Careful what you wish, you may regret it, careful what you wish, you just might get it.” Metallica
