OK maybe number 51 is just our guesstimate but we do wrap up the year in our humble existence after 6 years of publication (first one on December 11, 2011) with 3517 posts. That is about 11 a week over the run. Our viewership might not be quite up to Drudge but we labor on.
Our About page explains our focus. We try to do a couple posts a day either with original commentary or introducing important posts by others for your critique that we come across. But it doesn’t always happen at a set time (we started this struggling to do even one a day). We gratefully receive tips and forwards and take advantage of them for content but we wish we had more comments and other submissions.
We do not know what 2018 portends. It is tough to hold a day job and while keeping up with conservative politics put together something that might be informative. We will keep at it but if you happen to see the same post on a given day know that we will let you know when we quit for good, or make other changes, so always check back.
Happy New Year to all. Recommended reading today for some delightful invective is at Stilton Jarlsberg’s Stilton’s Place. Town Hall has some useful retrospectives from its stable of writers.

You just said what I’ve believed since the day you contacted me. I’m happy to have been a tiny part of what you do. …and thankful for the opportunity. Gene
