Richard C. Pilger is the Director of the Election Crimes Branch of the Department of Justice (DOJ). Pilger was appointed under President Obama in 2010.
In spite of mounting evidence of voter fraud by non-citizens registering and voting, Pilger has not prosecuted a single voter fraud crime in the last 8 years in office.
