WHERE’S BARR? We think he’s found Hunter…but, where’s he?
“It’s disgusting and it’s pathetic, but it’s also what we’ve come to expect from a ‘Justice’ Department whose primary law enforcement agency, the FBI, was completely politicized by the Obama-led deep state and remains so to this day.
“Where is our Department of Justice? Where are the institutions in our government that are supposed protect us and safeguard us? Why is it up to the American people to do jobs of people in government who are paid to do these jobs, to defend and protect the Constitution? They all swear an oath to do that,” conservative talk radio boss Rush Limbaugh said on his Thursday program.”
Calls Increase for Justice Department, AG Barr to Intervene in Election Chaos
As Democratic secretaries of state and state courts continue to change election rules and extending voting deadlines at will, in violation of state statutes, calls are increasing for the U.S. Justice Department to get involved in the legal fights being waged to enforce those laws.
But so far, the DoJ and Attorney General William Barr have been silent, letting President Donald Trump and his campaign on an island to swing it out with courts and states hell-bent on stealing this election from him.
It’s disgusting and it’s pathetic, but it’s also what we’ve come to expect from a ‘Justice’ Department whose primary law enforcement agency, the FBI, was completely politicized by the Obama-led deep state and remains so to this day.
“Where is our Department of Justice? Where are the institutions in our government that are supposed protect us and safeguard us? Why is it up to the American people to do jobs of people in government who are paid to do these jobs, to defend and protect the Constitution? They all swear an oath to do that,” conservative talk radio boss Rush Limbaugh said on his Thursday program.
Those are all great questions, and frankly, they need to be answered.
The crew over at Red State dug into what could be done about the Democratic voter fraud that is obviously taking place in key battleground states, and this is what they found: There are avenues for the Justice Department to intervene to ensure that things are made right before this entire election is taken from the president and his legions of supporters.
Title 18, United States Code, Section 595 states: Whoever, being a person employed in any administrative position by the United States, or by any department or agency thereof, or by the District of Columbia or any agency or instrumentality thereof, or by any State, Territory, or Possession of the United States, or any political subdivision, municipality, or agency thereof, or agency of such political subdivision or municipality (including any corporation owned or controlled by any State, Territory, or Possession of the United States or by any such political subdivision, municipality, or agency), in connection with any activity which is financed in whole or in part by loans or grants made by the United States, or any department or agency thereof, uses his official authority for the purpose of interfering with, or affecting, the nomination or the election of any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
Title 52, United States Code, Section 20511 states: § 20511. Criminal penalties: A person, including an election official, who in any election for Federal office—
….
(2) knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by—
(A) the procurement or submission of voter registration applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held; or
(B) the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held, shall be fined in accordance with title 18 (which fines shall be paid into the general fund of the Treasury, miscellaneous receipts (pursuant to section 3302 of title 31), notwithstanding any other law), or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.
So, clearly, there are avenues for the Justice Department to intervene when there is suspected fraud – and that appears to be exactly what’s going on in Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Nevada at this hour.
Again – where is AG Barr? dlh
