Veritas Scoops UK’s Daily Mail!

I a story filed by Pamela Owen of the UK’s Daily Mail we learn:

Dinosaurs may be partly to blame for a change in climate e they created so much flatulence, according to leading scientists.

Professor Graeme Ruxton of St Andrews University, Scotland, said the giant animals spent 150 years emitting the potent global warming gas, methane.

Large plant-eating sauropods would have been the main culprits because of the huge amounts of greenery they consumed.

The team calculated the animals would have collectively produced more than 520m tons of methane a year – more than all today’s modern sources put together.

However, in an exclusive report, Veritas has learned that, in a separate study, scientists have determined that President Obama, himself alone, has caused an estimated five degree increase in our planet’s average temperature just during the past year. It has been discovered that the President, with his record breaking number of fund raising speeches, and many other campaign appearances in this time, has produced as much gas as the giant dinosaurs did  over a 150 year period !   AND THAT IS NOT COUNTING HIS JET TRAVEL!

The study found that one Obama speech produces as much greenhouse gas as emitted by the 90 ton Argentinosaurus , a prehistoric animal described in the Daily Mail story. The Argentinosaurus is known to consume a half ton of food a day and emit thousands of litres of methane gas daily!

Based on the study, Mitt Romney has asked the EPA to consider developing standards which will regulate the amount of gas Mr. Obama will be permitted to emit during the remainder of the 2012 presidential campaign.    DLH

  1. Romentum says:

But Obama already said he would bring the oceans down and heal the planet 4 years ago!

“This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal.”
