Here is the Sunday treat…Clarice Feldman’s always insightful, highly readable column. Today’s column, Slouching Toward Damascus, focuses on the disaster, which is politely called BO’s “foreign policy”. The best line of the column is Clarice’s description of Obama’s and Hillary’s enthusiastic support for the ” Arab Spring”: “A Diplomatic Solyndra” !
Feldman illustrates in some detail how badly Obama has conducted virtually every aspect of US foreign policy. A reader’s conclusion must be that even Obama could not have bungled EVERYTHING so badly…it ‘s gotta be intentional.
And Hillary? In some liberal quarters she’s believed to be the greatest Secretary of State in American history! In the palaces and capitols of our enemies, she’s undoubtedly regarded as a bumbling, goofy buffoon who has indeed accomplished the impossible…she has made Madeleine Albright appear to be almost competent and formidable.
To our allies, or now perhaps former allies, or at least uneasy and “obamaphopic” allies, Hillary is likely regarded as, at best, potentially ineffective, if she knew what she was doing.
And this is the Democratic Party’s big hope for 2016 ???!!!!

I love Newt’s jedi mind games saying that if Hillary runs in 2016 the Republicans won’t be able to compete. Some Republicans are getting all ‘wee-weed up’ over this but I think it’s funny and a good strategy. Paint Hillary as the saint of the Democart Party, again, and people will get sick of her/hearing about it all the time.
It’s pretty obvious though that Cuomo will be the Democrat Party guy in 2016. A 69 year old Hillary will NOT be running. I’ll be open for bets on this so step right up.
