Here’s a rant I wish I had written, an article titled The Dumbing Down of Americans, in the Irish Examiner USA. I think it underscores THE problem in our rapidly crumbling culture. If you talk to a liberal on any one of the various issues, Ms. Colon touches on, you’re almost certain to learn that the liberal has no knowledge of it. (Where’d you get that, FOX news? Ugghh)
For example, almost a year ago, I mentioned in passing that BO’s EPA was on its way to carrying out our president’ s ’08 campaign pledge to shut down coal fired energy plants in this country. This highly paid professional had no idea what I was referring to and challenged me to cite the plants which had been shut down by the EPA.
I noted that BO had placed a hold on the agency’s regulations pending “review”
in 2013 ( there was an election scheduled for late ’12, you might recall).
This “well informed” professional was aware of no such a action by Obama. DLH
