Orlando terrorism – Obama’s dilemma

Guess I’m not the only one who had a similar thought.

Obama’s Orlando funeral dilemma

Nothing funny about this in any way, but this commentary (Thomas Lifson’s at American Thinker) only highlights a widely held perception of just what a divisive, destructive, cold, and corrosive figure our president is.

When you seek to divide people and pit one against the other as Barack Obama has dedicated his entire presidency to doing, this is the kind of image many people have toward him in tragic circumstances like this.

In short, this column, a model of brevity, if admittedly somewhat callous, sums up the image of President Obama to a large segment of America:

  • blatant in his arrogantly biased support, for political reasons, of certain segments of our society, in this instance the LGBT segment,
  • a denial of responsibility or even existence of one certain extremist religious movement…radical Islam,
  • and a shocking indifference to tragedy when it doesn’t offer some personal or political gain (dashes off to a Las Vegas fundraiser or plays 36 holes):
