Veterans: Don’t forget the Obama/Biden humiliation of the military

Obama’s bellhops

As you go the polls today or on election day tomorrow, you ‘warriors’ out there might recall the Obama-Biden administration’s “Salute to Our Military”…especially the US Marine Corps…”From the Halls of Montezuma” to this??!:

I also wonder how many are aware of how the Obama-Biden administration, having been kicked out of our embassy, allowed US Marines to be humiliated by two bit rebels, the Houthis; having to have “permission” to leave Yemen!…had to use commercial transportation, and had to HAND OVER THEIR WEAPONS” in order to be “allowed” to leave.

“[L]ate last night, the State Department ordering all personnel in the U.S. embassy in Yemen to pack up and get out,” Kelly explained. “Last month an Iranian-backed rebel group overthrowing the U.S.-backed government — it’s a group which you can see here, is not particularly fond of the United States, as they chant “death to America.” And now they are consolidating power and the security situation for Americans is rapidly deteriorating. Now tonight a senior defense official confirming to Fox News that Marines were directed to turn over their weapons before they were allowed to leave. According to one source the order came from the U.S. State Department. That is generating some serious outrage tonight especially among Marines who are taught from day one never surrender your weapon. At least one Marine telling Fox News, ‘Blank yeah, it pissed me off.’ Pardon me, his term. ‘I’m not giving up my weapon to anyone.’”

As part of every snippet I’ve seen of “The Sleepy One’s” “Closing argument”, he makes reference to “Trump’s disdain for our military…’he calls them suckers and losers’…”.

The media is always quick to point out in any Trump statement (whether they are correct or not) that “Trump said, without evidence, that…”

That should apply to this Biden remark, as the following excerpt from the Power Line blog notes in some detail:

“The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway summarized the state of play on Goldberg’s account in a valuable column last week. Hemingway observed that the media just moved on from the Russia hoax to other hoaxes without looking back:

“One they cling to was formed by people using The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg to filter it into a damaging story….Goldberg granted anonymity to four sources so they could claim that the public persona of Trump as a military-loving enthusiast was false. In fact, they said, he had personally chosen not to visit a World War I cemetery in France one day because he thought the people buried there were losers.

“Now, as it turns out, there is contemporaneous evidence that it was John Kelly, Trump’s chief of staff and the man Goldberg and his allies intimated was behind the story, who put a stop to the trip because of weather concerns. Further, more than a dozen eyewitnesses to the meetings where the cancellation was discussed went on the record to dispute the anonymous allegations.

“There was never even a scintilla of evidence put out in support of Goldberg’s charge. Yet the story entered the public consciousness, became a major theme of Democratic ads, and continues to be mentioned by Biden on the few occasions he speaks publicly.”
