Teacher of the Year Rodney Robinson Posts ‘Joke’ Calling for Mitch McConnell to Be Beaten Up Like Rand Paul

Rodney Robinson, 2019 National Teacher of the Year, posted a call to Twitter on Wednesday for someone to beat up Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) like was done to his fellow Kentuckian Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY). Paul had to have surgery to remove part of a lung that was damaged as a result of being attacked and beaten by a neighbor in 2017. (Update at end. Robinson now says he was joking.)

If this information and analysis (see links) does not put the skids on Jan 6th proforma certification of electors, then we are doomed as a republic

We had been planning some analysis regarding developments in the Marieannette Miller-Meeks and Rita Hart (supposedly) whisker close congressional race, especially as it relates to voter fraud. The hot news today is that Pelosis will seat MMM “provisionally”, but we still plan to relate the implications of the controversy and Pelosi’s action.  We also have an outline of a commentary on the matter of “standing” and SCOTUS’s cowardliness as regards election fraud. And perhaps more urgently, another dealing with Vice-President Pence and his duty on January 6th  . . . and then this information hit — see links .

If this testimony can be additionally verified then it ought to shake the fraud / election theft deniers to their core and if they have any actual patriotism they will join with Trump supporters and at the very least insist on a new election in the states  with contested presidential elections as the peaceful resolution. Trump should be declared the winner but at the very least the elections in those states cannot be certified as true reflections of voters in those states. Note there are still other important analysis and revelations in recent days which we do not intend to discount but these are also very critical:

Reliving Their Childhoods: Senile Biden and Puerile Harris

  • Pony fixation
  • Kwanzaa, seriously

Dog-faced pony soldier . . . one-horse pony

Only problem is, like so many of Biden’s assertions, the “quote” as inappropriate as it was (how the hell does he know whether she attended a caucus) is not from any John Wayne movie movie anyone can find (his claim about the epithet).   The liberal Guardian newspaper referred to it months before the election “Concerns for the former vice-president’s 2020 bid were mounting”.   Then there is this very recent example Biden’s fixation with “ponies”.

Seems Joe has  a one trick mental focus.  And let’s not forget his frequent slurred speech /train of thought problem:

His previous two brain anurisms and has other problems.  See this article referencing Biden’s Bad Health or do your own simple online search of same.

And then there is Kamala Harris — we cannot think of a more cloying , grating, pandering personality eclipsing Hillary (and at least as evil).

As Conservative Review and Daily Wire report:

Even though Kwanzaa was invented in 1966 by a convicted felon, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), who was born in 1964, said that she and her family have celebrated the holiday.

In a Kwanzaa video message posted on Saturday, Harris positioned herself in front a Kinara while wishing everyone “happy holidays.”

“You know, my sister and I, we grew up celebrating Kwanzaa,” said Harris. “Every year, our family would – and our extended family, we would gather around, across multiple generations, and we’d tell stories. The kids would sit on the carpet and the elders would sit in chairs, and we would light the candles, and of course, afterwards have a beautiful meal. And, of course, there was always the discussion of the seven principles. And my favorite, I have to tell you, was always the one about self-determination, kujichagulia.”

“And, you know, essentially it’s about be and do. Be the person you want to be, and do the things you want to do, and do the things that need to be done,” she continued. “It’s about not letting anyone write our future for us, but instead going out and writing it for ourselves. And that principle motivates me today, as we seek to confront the challenges facing our country and to build a brighter future for all Americans. So, to everyone who is celebrating, Happy Kwanzaa from our family to yours.”

Given that neither of Kamala Harris’ parents are African and that she was born two years before the holiday ever existed, people on social media immediately trolled the Harris for what appeared to be an instance of cheap pandering.

“Somehow I find it hard to believe that she has a deep childhood attachment to a holiday that didn’t exist when she was born,” tweeted The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh.

“This is such an obvious lie. She was born in 1964. Kwanzaa was created in 1966. It didn’t really take hold until the late 70s and early 80s. For her whole family to be devoted to it in her childhood is incredibly unlikely… she’s a liar,” said another user.
“As some one [sic] who was born & raised in Africa I can tell there is no such thing as Kwanza [sic]. Kamala knows nothing about it because she is an Indian Jamaican who grew up in Canada,” tweeted Melissa Tate.

As some one who was born & raised in Africa I can tell there is no such thing as Kwanza.
Kamala knows nothing about it because she is an Indian Jamaican who grew up in Canada.
— Melissa Tate (@TheRightMelissa)

By the way, we read Jamaicans do not celebrate “kwanza”, as phony a holiday as there is, indeed most have never heard of it.

ACTUALLY I’D BELIEVE WHO BARACK OBAMA SAYS SHOULD REPLACE PELOSI !

( I even know who Barack Obama thinks should run the world; Hint: Name’s initials are BHO and the middle name is “Hussein” )        dlh

“In an interview with Snapchat, Obama pointed the finger at Speaker Pelosi claiming Democrats let people stay in power for too long.

“Now one thing I will say about the Democratic Party, promoting young people is really important,” Obama stated. “We stick so long with the same old folks and don’t make room for new voices.”

“Obama then ripped Democrats for not giving enough speaking time to Pelosi rival Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez during the Democratic National Convention this past August.
“The fact that AOC only got, what? Three minutes or five minutes? When she speaks to a broad section of young people who are interested in what she has to say, even if they don’t agree with everything she says,” Obama continued. “New blood is always good.”

Repubs have not done us proud post election yet many are telling us how critical it is that the Georgia election goes Republican

Destroying the Brand and electoral prospects

Oh Georgia is extremely important (to an extent in spite of them), but most of the elected Senate Republicans have not shown of late that they are good examples to exclaim how critical the Georgia race is.

Most of them must know they are hurting Republican interests NOW,  and future electoral prospects, on the matters of the Republican Brand and the critical need for election integrity and confidence.  That effects Republican voting in Georgia.

Watching these weak hitters since the November election, many potential voters in Georgia and supporters of Republican efforts everywhere must be wondering about the difference again between Republicans and Democrats.

Those Georgia voters might be asking themselves:

Is the difference between Republicans and Democrat bigwigs —  that the Republicans insist on voting integrity and knowing who honestly won the 2020 presidential election and having a full hearing regarding credible information that fraud and other illegal activities took place sufficient to alter claimed results? Or just get along and “roll the logs” ?

Only a very few Republican Senators have done anything substantive.

Is the difference between Republicans and Democrats focusing on national interest and protecting our borders, and spending restraint and concentrating on essential needs of the citizenry?

Not by the lights of the Porkulus/COVID bill  ONLY SIX REPUBLICANS VOTED AGAINST IT *

As regards concern about the integrity of the November election I would like any reader to show us we are wrong or overwrought or misjudging our state’s Republican leadership, elected and of the Party apparat. We are just not hearing of anything substantive in defense of Trumps rights and we are on a LOT of email lists.

Has Senator Grassley or Ernst indicated they will  lend their prestige to joining House members who will object to the electoral results to be presented to Congress January 6th?

Since they have not, it must be asked what it is they think they risk in not doing so versus doing so?  Do they really think the evidence regarding voter fraud and illegality Trump’s legal team and other legal supporters have amassed is made up, dismissable, not their place to evaluate under the Constitution? That these things NEED NOT be determined prior to the inauguration?

Nearly seventy percent of Republicans think the election was stolen from Trump, plus 36% of independents and 10% of Democrats. Where the hell is their political head?  Are they out to sit idly by on this while destroying the Republican brand along with their spending votes?

Where is their sense of history, of what the law and the Constitution provides for to assure the country of the legitimacy of the November election?

And as regards Governor Reynolds —  Governor, do you think your response regarding the electoral challenges to assure the validity of the presidential election, to the effect ~~ well we weren’t asked ~~  is an adequate response given what is at stake and the fact that IOWANS solidly voted for Trump and THEY will be disenfranchised if voter fraud in other states is allowed to prevail? Does your concern end with “we weren’t invited” instead of “we have done the following and we are actively seeking other ways to support the effort”

Readers immediately below is a link to a site that makes it easy to contact Iowa’s US Senators and Congressmen asking them to Challenge to the Electoral College vote .  You can delete their suggested message , alter it or write your own.  Unfortunately the auto sending includes Loebsack for Iowa zipcodes in this district, a glitch on the sponsor’s part, but no matter. Posted in UNCATEGORIZED | Comments Off on Repubs have not done us proud post election yet many are telling us how critical it is that the Georgia election goes Republican

We’re fine with Rita Hart taking her election case to the Democrat controlled House

Miller-Meeks is eminently qualified and we believe her to be the victor in Iowa’s 2020 2nd District Congressional race

First the political background                We have no doubt Mariannette Miller-Meeks (MMM), who we supported in the general election, won Iowa’s open Second District at least narrowly in large part as a result of the coattails of Donald Trump who won the district handily for the second time.  That the MMM win was largely due to Trump is clear because with Trump at the top of the ticket it allowed Republicans to nationalize the race by tying Hart to polarizing Democratic figures like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and that was a campaign strategy by operatives in this district and across the country in districts Republicans picked up.

That the district was an open seat this election meant that the Democrats could not run on an “I brought home the pork” message or name ID as the now retired congressman David Loebsack was able to do in his reelection contests.  The Dems still thought the blue collar district was theirs overall but it was not so against a Donald Trump or his coattails.

Word is her authentic coloring is red

Pity poor Rita and her CPC enthralled and employed supporters.   That Democrat Hart got as close as she did in the repeatedly tallied race, each count showing her to be a loser, we have no doubt was due to fraudulent voting (an unfairly common practice among Democrats, ranging from onesie-twosie to grand coordinated efforts*), dominant legacy media and corrupt social media working overtime to handicap the Republican message, and infusions of we believe unlawful electioneering support by the Zuckerberg funded organization Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) designed to benefit Democrat operations especially networked for Democrat targeted enclaves (counties in Iowa’s 2nd CD included).

But Hart, perhaps disappointed that the usual grab-bag cheating and more was not enough is now taking her case to the Democrat controlled House of Representatives rather than exhausting count challenges available to her in Iowa.  Dependably the House majority will focus on her claims and, if at all possible with a straight face, award the seat to her.

They need this seat as the new House will be sworn in on January 3 or 4th and unless Pelosi can maneuver something before then the Democrat component will be reduced to a much smaller majority and every additional caucus member is needed, and believe you us, Hart will be beholding to the Dem caucus.

That said, it is conceivable a discretion factor may come to bear on a few in the Dem caucus, but power plays are the general MO. Maybe Hart can honestly convince a majority that there were miscounts, or that legitimate votes were not counted, or some ballots were counted more than once, or election officials misapplied the law or did some skullduggery,  or whatever she is claiming and that those improprieties or illegalities were “sufficient to change the outcome.”

She is certain the court process prescribed in Iowa will not give her a fair shake  on the merits of actual legal votes as she counts them. They may even deny her standing. So let her have this avenue.

So while we wish Hart not to win, we believe she should have at it, exhaust her remedies as the rules allow even if those rules are of less substance than what guards the Presidential election process and the nature of our federal republic.

So we are being even-handed. We pray President Trump will try to exhaust all his legal availabilities. Fair minded people will not object. Accordingly Trumps election challenge may well end up in the House albeit under a different set of rules authorized in our Constitution from its origination — Article II Section1 and later modified by the Twelfth Amendment —  the well considered feature of the Presidential election process that puts the states as units ultimately in charge of the process (except as they violate the 14th Amendment).

If all judicial oriented challenges are foreclosed including a judicial resolution that elections be re-held in challenged states, a peaceful solution, here is another peaceful solution, a Constitutional scenario still open to President Trump as best we understand it —  explained in this article at The Epoch Times: (excerpt)

Electors in 7 States Cast Dueling Votes for Trump

Republican electors in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico cast alternative slates of votes for President Donald Trump on Dec. 14, as the certified Democrat electors in the same states cast votes for former Vice President Joe Biden.

While there’s precedent for dueling sets of electors casting votes in a presidential election, the number of states involved in the action sent the 2020 election into uncharted territory. Democrats successfully executed the same gambit in Hawaii in 1960 by casting an alternative set of votes for John F. Kennedy after the state’s governor certified the electors for Richard Nixon.

Congress ultimately counted the Kennedy electors even though he wasn’t declared the winner in the election until 11 days after Nixon’s electors were certified. President Donald Trump and allied third parties are pursuing legal challenges to the election in all of the states involved, including a lawsuit filed in New Mexico on the same day as the Electoral College vote.

“Sending more than one slate of electors is not unheard of,” said Meshawn Maddock, Michigan Republican at-large national elector, in an emailed release. “It’s our duty to the people of Michigan and to the U.S. Constitution to send another slate of electors if the election is in controversy or dispute—and clearly it is.”

The Republicans in other states explained their rationale in similar terms, underlining that casting their votes would preserve Trump’s legal claim for the election as the president pursues legal challenges to the outcome.

. . .

The dueling sets will likely trigger a contested electoral vote count in Congress. Each slate of electors can be challenged with the approval of one member of the House and one senator. Both chambers of Congress would then retire to debate and vote on the slate.

* Sample articles referencing Democrat voter fraud, large and small.  If one thinks Democrats are not far and away the most frequent perpetrators of voter fraud, you are ignorant of American history and a political hack.

If ever a well-deserved pardon, it was this one

  • We are not aware of any of Trump’s recent pardons that did not have overwhelming merit especially in the cases involving overzealous prosecution, politicized charges, and scalp hunting.
  • What do you think ‘Sleepy Joe’ would’ve done in this case?

IT IS AN INSTANCE WHERE THE FBI ‘PROVES’ IT CAN HANDLE THE ‘REALLY SERIOUS’ CASES; — ‘FRIVOLOUS ONES, LIKE SAY, A FRAUDULENT PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION’ — ARE JUST MORE TROUBLE THAN THEY’RE WORTH !

WITH TODAY’S FBI, WHO NEEDS A KGB?

TEN YEARS IN PRISON???????!!!!!!        dlh

(all highlights ours)

Paul Mirengoff writing at Powerline:

THE CASE OF STEPHANIE MOHR

Stephanie Mohr was a rookie police officer in Prince George’s County in 1995. A member of the canine unit, she and the dog she worked with responded to a call in an area plagued by burglaries. Another officer had spotted two suspects on the roof of a store.*
Mohr released her dog on one of the suspects, Ricardo Mendez, an illegal immigrant who subsequently would be convicted on federal narcotics charges. There was conflicting testimony as to why.

According to one version, Mohr released the dog after her training officer sought and obtained consent from the officer in charge of the scene. According to the other version, Mohr’s, she did so on her own because Mendez ignored repeated instructions to follow police orders.

Five years after this incident, the Washington Post ran a series of articles alleging police brutality in Prince George’s County. In the meantime, Mohr had become something of a star in the canine unit. She earned two awards for meritorious service and 25 letters of commendation. Her superiors lauded her assistance in bringing down burglary and homicide suspects. She helped provide personal security at President Clinton’s second inaugural gala.

However, as a result of the Post’s series, the FBI launched an investigation that soon focused on the canine unit. The investigation led to an indictment of Mohr on federal civil rights grounds for the 1995 incident. She was charged one day before the statute of limitations on her alleged offenses expired.

Mohr pleaded not guilty. The officer in charge of the scene pleaded guilty and testified on behalf of the government at Mohr’s trials. Her training officer pleaded not guilty and was acquitted.

At the first trial, Mohr was acquitted on a “conspiracy” charge and nearly acquitted on the civil rights count. Reportedly, only one juror held out for a conviction.

Normally that outcome would have ended the matter. However, the government elected to retry Mohr.

At the second trial, the government was allowed to put on evidence of other alleged misdeeds by Mohr. One witness, an African-American, testified that Mohr had threatened to release her dog on her “black ass.”

Thanks, presumably, to prejudicial testimony like this, the jury this time convicted Mohr.

Mohr received the maximum sentence of ten years. This, despite the fact that the dog bite required only ten stitches. A year in prison per stich, as it turned out.

Mohr served her sentence. After that, she went on to full-time employment as a county building inspector and has led a stable life.

I understand that her son, who was less than three years old when Mohr went to prison, now plans to become a law enforcement officer, notwithstanding the thanklessness, these days, of the job and the treatment of his mother.

Backed by the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund and the National Fraternal Order of the Police, Mohr seeks a pardon from President Trump. A Washington Times op-ed by the head of the first of these organizations makes the case.

Pardons should not be granted lightly. Generally, they require a thorough review of the facts and the equities.

In this case, from what I know, the facts and equities favor a pardon. First, Mohr’s guilt was always in doubt, as the outcome of the first trial suggests.

Second, Mohr served far more time than she deserved even if guilty. A ten year sentence for a dog bite was wildly disproportionate to any offense.

Third, Mohr was a highly commended member of the police force before her conviction.
Fourth, her prosecution stemmed directly from a sensationalized Washington Post series. The frenzy that followed apparently failed to produce any convictions other than those stemming from this one incident.

Fifth, Mohr’s post-conviction conduct, including the productive life she has led since her release from prison, speaks in her favor.

I hope President Trump will give serious consideration to pardoning Stephanie Mohr. If he does, I believe he will agree that she deserves a pardon. (he did!)

* The statements of fact set forth in this post come from (1) the Court of Appeals decisionupholding Mohr’s conviction, (2) a letter from the National Fraternal Order of Police to President Trump, and (3) the Washington Times editorial cited above.

Former CIA chief says Trump knows Russia helped him so he gives them a pass
John Brennan said the Republican president ‘doesn’t see Russia as a threat to him personally’

Donald Trump cannot denounce Russia’s alleged cyber attack on US government agencies because “he realises that Russia has helped him” in the past, a former CIA director has claimed.

John Brennan, who was head of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) between 2013 and 2017, said on Monday that the US president’s comments on Russia were against “reality,” and always have been.

And that, said Mr Brennan, was because the country had helped his one-time election win.
“He refuses to accept reality. I think it’s because he doesn’t see Russia as a threat to him personally,” said Mr Brennan, as he appeared on CNN’s Out Front.
