The AP: Living Up to its Reputation . . . “All the News that’s Fit to Help ‘The One’ “

The AP also known as “The Administration’s Press” came up with this contrivance of a an article of worth:   OBAMA WIN COULD COST ROMNEY $5 MILLION IN PERSONAL TAXES

That’s a major AP story in Tuesday’s beloved QC Times: “To see where the
presidential candidates stand on taxing the rich, just look at how they’d tax
themselves. under his own proposal, Mitt Romney would pay half what he would
under President Obama’s tax plan.”

No, this wasn’t an opinion column…this was an Associated Press “news”
story…dutifully presented across five columns (of about 3, 4 inches each).
The AP’s Chairperson Mary Junck was surely proud (being the head of both the QCTimes parent company and the Associated Press) to offer such unbiased journalism to QC
readers.

Perhaps the AP and the QCT could have found space in the local “newspaper of
record” to report on a Wall Street Journal report on Tuesday which would have
highlighted the incredible amount of taxpayer money which could be saved by
booting Barack the Magnificent out of office and repealing the Affordable Care
monstrosity.

The WSJ noted that HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is “rushing out loans and
subsidies like nobody’s business in case the Supreme Court overturns
(ObamaCare)..”

HHS, the Journal reported, already makes more grants than all other agencies
combined, but it cannot accurately track it’s spending. It has been estimated by
the GAO that, as much as$48 BILLION is stolen annually through entitlement
fraud, due to HHS’s incompetence.

Makes Romney’s tax bill look small, but part owner in the QCT’s parent company,
Lee Enterprises, Mr.Warren Buffett, could help a lot if he’d stop fighting the
IRS and pay the $1 Billion tax bill it says he owes.      DLH

One Response to The AP: Living Up to its Reputation . . . “All the News that’s Fit to Help ‘The One’ “

  1. Romentum says:

The “Administration’s Press” ha ha. The AP and QC Times just roll out the propaganda day after day. And to think I used to trust the AP, because well, they were the AP!

Kathleen Sebelius is on borrowed time right now, and it’s scary what she is doing. Can those funds be rescinded when/if this is overturned? I think that almost every Vertias reader expects Obamacare to get smacked down by the SCOTUS. It is unconstitutional and wrong to force people to buy something they don’t want, period.

Obama was at one of his 10 fundraisers a day he attends last week and said he might need to make a push for Obamacare 2.0 “in his second term.” Which basically means he knows that Obamacare is toast.

This will definitely be a victory for Conservatives if it happens. I’ll hold off on the jager bombs until this actually happens.
