Why, it was the erstwhile weather guy, turned hack columnist for the sad little
pamphlet calling itself a newspaper, the Dispatch, lauding the heroic, now put
upon, President of the United States. You know him…he’s the guy who leads from
his behind…er, I mean, leads from behind.
That’s Rock Island’s “former state senator and veteran broadcaster,” the man who owes it all to the celebrity of reading the weather report, Don Wooten. Just don’t call him Shirley. DLH
